Laurence Berthon

Laurence BERTHON began her career working for major international law firms Fidal and Taj (Deloitte). In 2002, after fifteen stimulating years, she felt the need to create her own law firm in accordance with the values that are important to her. Her acute strategic insight combined with her extensive experience of negotiation enable her to achieve the objectives agreed between herself and her clients.

Laurence BERTHON is an acknowledged expert in company law, restructuring, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, company law litigation, private equity and fund structuring.

She prefers to avoid litigation and to resolve disagreements amicably. She also specialises in mediation.

French or foreign, her clients appreciate her legal insight and responsiveness, her attention to their needs and commitment to defending their interests, her experience of negotiation, her strategic vision and her ability to circumvent obstacles to find mutually satisfactory solutions while preserving legal certainty and efficacy.

Laurence BERTHON is a lecturer at the University of Montpellier and at the CRFP (Lawyers’ Professional Training Centre) of Versailles.
